Leigh Giordano Asher RN, MA, MEP-c has over twenty years nursing experience and has specialized in aesthetic nursing since 2003. Leigh's clinical background is in gerontology with a specialized graduate degree in the study of aging. Leigh attended the certification courses at the Esthetic Skin Institute in 2003 and started training in 2004. The Esthetic Skin Institute's philosophy of combining the art and science of medical esthetic procedures is the foundation of Leigh's approach in her practice. With advanced training and certification in neurotoxins, all FDA-approved dermal fillers, laser technology, chemical peels and skin care, Leigh had a broad spectrum of experience and knowledge to offer her clients.

As a business owner since 2003, Leigh was also one of the founding board members of the American Academy of Medical Esthetic Professionals and part of the development of the first certification examination for the organization, supporting medical esthetics as a distinct specialty. Leigh has clinical experience in all aesthetic procedures including body contouring devices, Ulthera, Plasma Rich Platelet therapy PRP), fractional laser skin rejuvenation, mesotherapy, Thermage, photofacial, laser hair removal, sclerotherapy, and chemical peels.
In 2014, Leigh created Babyface, LLC in north Scottsdale, Arizona, where she has a national clientele, many of whom have followed her for many years. Leigh has strived to stay abreast of the dynamic changes in medical esthetics by attending national conferences and promoting standardized protocols for medical esthetic professionals. Leigh believes in a combination approach to aging with a customized treatment plan for each individual client.

Her priority is to match each client's lifestyle and budget with the ultimate goal of achieving a soft natural look.
