Course FAQs

  • Who is this course for?

This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of clinicians (physicians, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, licensed practical nurses, physician assistants, and dentists) involved in the care of patients seeking aesthetic enhancement procedures.

  • Can I provide my own model(s)?

We happily provide models for every student; however, students have the opportunity to bring their own model(s) for this workshop. If you are going to bring your own model(s), you must let us know “one” week in advance so we can plan accordingly; no exceptions will be made.

Students bringing their own model(s) must have a model or models that will be injected in smile lines and lips. If your model does not want both areas done then you must bring two models to make sure you are able to get the practice you need in both areas.

Models who have a history of “cold sores” should be aware that they may need to get pre-treated (please discuss with ESI staff).

Models are not allowed to sit in on the class and will not be admitted before 2:00 pm.

  • Are models required to pay for their participation?

Yes, every model is required to pay an $80 deposit. This is your deposit for being a model in our classes. This deposit is non-refundable within 24 hours before your appointment day. If you have to cancel make sure to let us know more then 24 hours before the workshop so that we have time to find a replacement patient for the student. Models who do not pay their deposit are not guaranteed any spot in our classes.

CLICK HERE to pay your deposit now.

After the deposit, ESI will only charge the cost of product or less to be a model and we will always give you the cost up front.

CONTACT US if you have additional questions.

A certification of hands-on training will be provided upon completion of the course (mailed within 2 weeks).

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Please note: All cancellations must be received (not postmarked) in writing via mail or fax transmission. Cancellation Policy must be strictly enforced since workshops require a great deal of planning and preparation.

A refund will be given, less a $250.00 processing fee, if canceled at least 14 days prior to the start of the workshop. Any cancellations after this time will not qualify for a refund but may be used toward a future workshop with the approval of the administrative department of ESI.

Since a minimum number of registrants are necessary for each course and we do not meet this minimum, or for any other reason beyond our control the course is canceled or postponed, the registration fee will be refunded in full.
