Skin Analysis, Treatment for Aged, Acne, Rosacea, + Pigmented Skin
Course Description
We will examine factors affecting skin health and rejuvenation pathways, conduct a comprehensive client history, and effective skin analysis, and develop an individualized plan of treatment for aged, acne, rosacea, and pigmented skin.
The presentation will cover the contraindications and side effects of chemical peeling, as well as the management of adverse events. We will explore various types of chemical peeling agents such as Glycolic, Lactic, MFA’s, Salicylic, TCA, Vitamin A Acid, and Jessner, highlighting their characteristics and differences. Additionally, you will learn different application techniques for chemical peeling and microdermabrasion through practical hands-on sessions.
We will also be presenting Dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, and Microneedling as tools for skin rejuvenation. Live demonstrations will be provided to explain the procedures and techniques, which will enhance your knowledge in preparation for the supervised hands-on practice sessions led by our expert instructors.
Coursework will include our 'How To' business model, providing an overview of the importance of retail sales, price structuring, market trends, effective marketing, and the development and retention of a client base.
