Hermine Warren is a doctor of nursing practice (DNP) who has been in nursing since 1974, with an advanced practice degree since 1980. She is also a certified aesthetic nurse specialist (CANS) in Southern California, an educational/clinical trainer for two top pharmaceutical companies, and has maintained a clinical practice in the non-surgical cosmetic subspecialty field since 2004.
Hermine graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado in 1979, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Walden University in 2014. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau since 1979, and a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society since 2013. Her most recent advanced degree has provided Hermine with additional tools academically and clinically; thus enhancing her ability to set the standard of care for the aesthetic patient, and positively affect the direction and delivery of evidenced-based practice.
Hermine currently maintains RN licenses in California, Florida, Colorado, and New York. Her 42 years of nursing experience have provided a strong infrastructure while fostering her ability to collaborate, put research into practice, understand and utilize technology to create improved patient outcomes, be a "change-agent", and create collegial relationships that establish nursing as a significant member of the health team. Lastly Hermine is a published author within the aesthetic arena, and is proud to be affiliated with the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses (ASPSN), American Academy of Medical Esthetic Professionals (AAMEP), California Nurse Midwives Association (CNMA), American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS).
