Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Position Details:
16 hours per week, except during our Fort Lauderdale workshop schedules, which will require a workweek of up to 28 hours once a month. This is a great position for a college student, someone looking for a side gig, or a stay-at-home parent ready to ease back into the workforce.

A highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant is essential for supporting the daily operations of ESI. They possess strong administrative skills, efficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism, a positive attitude, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and Administration: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, respond to voicemails and email messages, and maintain organized filing systems. Ensure that the office environment is well-maintained and conducive to productivity.
- Workshop Support: Responsible for duplicating and preparing workshop materials, coordinating lunch orders for classes, and ensuring the needs of trainers and students are fulfilled. Additionally, oversee the packing and shipping of materials for workshops conducted outside of Fort Lauderdale. Ensure that office equipment is maintained in good working condition.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally. Ensure a positive experience for all clients and participants.
- Prepare orders and maintain inventory of skincare line products: When needed, you’ll work closely with our product fulfillment provider to order items and in some cases, ship items to clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; two years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the training or medical industry. An Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). CRM software experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
