Esthetic Skin Institute (ESI) is “the true pioneer” and “the first” institute to provide the medical aesthetic “hands-on” training model. We created the medical aesthetic “hands-on” model, which many try to duplicate. Esthetic Skin Institute is one of the few companies that has chosen to go through the rigorous evaluation and investment to attain accreditation and offer CME Category 1 credits for physicians and physician assistants, Continuing Education (CE) for nurses, and  ADA-CERP CE’s for dentists.  ESI “consistently” gets high marks on CME and CE evaluation forms; it is for this reason that ESI gets large amounts of referral business from former attendees and continues to maintain its’ impeccable reputation in the industry.

Esthetic Skin Institute is a dedicated training company since 1997.  We are not a medical practice trying to do training. When you call us during our regular business hours you will get a real, live, highly experienced person, who is dedicated to answering all of your questions. ESI teaches an array of 9 individual classes in medical aesthetics and is constantly bringing new classes to our former and new students as they develop in Europe or South America.  Our connections span across Europe, South America, and Asia where many of the new medical aesthetic modalities begin and we are usually the first to bring these new modalities to the US.

Esthetic Skin Institute’s training venue is our state-of-the-art training facility and medical spa, Transform Age Management and Vitality™ Institute, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  You will experience for yourself the concept and get ideas for your own facility.  We also hold training around the country and abroad at desirable destinations in full-service hotels.  Our meeting planners at these locations, who we have been working with for years, understand the nature of our work and together we have mastered the “model” to create a clean clinical environment for the hands-on portion of the workshop.

Esthetic Skin Institute’s faculty consist of a highly experienced group of acclaimed and distinguished Physicians, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Dentists. All members of ESI’s faculty are full-time successful practitioners in medical aesthetics with at least 5 or more years of experience.  Collectively we have over 100 years of medical esthetic experience. Many of us practicing in aesthetic medicine and those of us who teach, realize a very important fact, it is not what letters you have behind your name that determines your level of skill or expertise.

When choosing instructors for our faculty, ESI focuses on those who have exceptional clinical and injecting skills as well as experience, but whom also have that “personal” component needed to assist our students in providing successful efficacious treatments to their patients, and the ones who can impart solid practice building pearls to our students. All Esthetic Skin Institute instructors that you see pictured on our website have been with ESI for years; we are a family.  We are not one of those companies, who ask someone that trained with us 2 months ago if they would like to teach a class in their city.  This is not fair to the students because they would not be getting a bonafide expert trainer.  And, “nothing” can replace “experience”.  Although ESI would love to hold classes in all states, it is unrealistic and cost prohibitive if we are to maintain the high standards of comprehensive training and fair pricing which we have set for our company.

Esthetic Skin Institute provides its students with the most up to date information available. Some companies are not aware of new products approved over 2 years ago.  Our job is to give you information on all products. We want to ensure that education is as complete as possible. Esthetic Skin Institute provides a comprehensive didactic with unrivaled 4 hrs of hands-on experience, sharing a syringe of hyaluronic acid filler with 6 – 10 other students is NOT a hands-on experience. Our students receive their own products and their own models. We provide students a learning experience of real-life scenarios and the total patient experience so they can easily integrate their new skills into their everyday practice.

ESI maintains its high standards by having a small student to instructor ratio – a one on one experience. All students receive a course manual, PowerPoint slide deck, CD with important documents and a VIDEO of the injection procedure to reinforce what they learned in class. We understand that all participants come to our classes with a different level of skill set. We are committed to your satisfaction.

ESI does not leave you high and dry; after your training, you will have access to an instructor for any questions you may have.  We have built an ESI community of professionals who communicate with us years after their training. We are not a placement service, per se, but we do try to connect practitioners who are seeking providers when they are looking to expand and need to hire someone.
