I recently attended the Botox/Fillers class in Los Angeles. I found it to be extremely informative and dynamic.
I just wanted to say "Thank You" again for meeting with me Saturday. I feel much more comfortable with the procedures and have all my current questions answered. (I may be in touch with more in the future 😃).
Thank you to Corey for setting this up. I highly recommend Denise if anyone else wants 1:1 instruction. She is very knowledgeable and was supportive in my quest to learn and feel more comfortable with Botox and Fillers.
The class was A+++. Dr. Lum was amazing! Katherine and Missy was awesome! It was a really positive experience. The model was so nice, her name is April. Thanks for everything! I will look forward to taking more classes with you guys.
After attending an Ivy League medical college and having a career in a world renowned hospital, I can say that Dr Lum ranks right up there with some of the greatest physicians and surgeons I have ever worked with; His teaching skills are beyond reproach. Love him and all the ESI family.

Hi Corey, i have been meaning to write since i had the pleasure of taking the Advanced Botox and Filler class on May 8th at the NYC Marriott downtown.
I am very impressed with the textbook that was provided. Each time I review the information in the text I gain another pearl.
Dr. Lum is a calm and personable educator. He demonstrated advance techniques in a safe, patient centered manner. These techniques were reiterated while we, the preceptees, were hands on with the patient. I have never had the pleasure of the amount of amazing opportunities that were provided that day.
I look forward to further seminars with your company.
Thank you again, Sheila Gaughan.
Hi beautiful ladies!
I am not sure if you remember me, but I was the blonde Swedish nurse that came back for retraining this past November in Fort Lauderdale. I have finally gotten a job with a wonderful Med Spa in Leesburg, Virginia. It is such a nice setting, all the patients are lovely as well as the staff. I’m My Own provider and don’t have to answer anymore!! ?
They have thrown me to the wolves a little bit and I’m already seeing patients, but thanks to the incredible training that I had with you, I feel so confident providing Botox. I just think you do a magnificent job and I’m sure I will be back for more training with you in the future.
Anyway, just a huge thanks from the bottom of my heart.

I recently attended a two day seminar in Boston with Esthetic Skin Institute on Botox and Dermal Fillers. As a novice injector I was nervous and anxious but ESI’s highly trained professionals quickly alleviated my stress. I left the classes armed with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to begin this new journey in my career. I would highly recommend ESI for professionals of all skill levels looking to enhance their skills.
D. Brunell, RN Boston, Mass
All of the professionals that were guiding us through were exceptional; easy to engage. They were helpful in a very down-to earth way that it made all of us who attended very comfortable.
Attended Boston Workshops: 4/17/2015 I want to thank you for your excellent presentation yesterday at the basic dermal filler course I attended and especially for today at the ESI Advanced Dermal Filler course in Boston and for helping me “even” things out with the hylauronidase. I was grateful for all the”pearls” of your experience you imparted. Your humility and compassion for both patients and students are truly heartening. Although we are on opposite coasts, I sincerely hope I will have a chance to learn from you again.
“Dr Lum was an outstanding preceptor. He is a captivating speaker with a wealth of knowledge and the patience of an angel. His professionalism is beyond reproach. Just loved the guy and the entire staff. ESI is blessed to have him. Thank you for an outstanding experience, well worth every penny I paid !!”

First off, I want to express my gratitude from both myself and Giovanna. We thoroughly enjoyed the PDO Thread Course with Dr. Enrico Guarino this past Friday, and it is my intention to immediately begin incorporating this treatment technique into our practice.
Sasha, your teachings of the practice of Esthetic Medicine are truly visionary. Your tireless efforts exploring the globe in search of Esthetic Medicine innovations are greatly appreciated. In less than one year’s time, you have helped me to develop and grow a successful Esthetic Medicine practice in the frigid tundra of Syracuse, New York. I am delighted that you and my business partner, Giovanna McCarthy, had the opportunity to meet. As the owner of one of the most successful Hair Salon and Day Spas in Syracuse, Giovanna has built a vast clientele. Teaming up with her has provided a dramatic amount of clients to market Esthetic Medicine treatments. We have enjoyed almost complete repeat visits from our patients who have returned for both Botox and Dermal Filler treatments. Each week we gain several new patients, and as a result, I am so excited to now be able to offer PDO Threading.
Dr. Enrico Guarino was a superior choice of Surgeon Mentor. He was both charismatic and charming. From the start, it was clear that he is a Master of his craft and that he was just the person to teach it. There was no language barrier and he was easily understood. I especially appreciated his overall approach and the sequential protocol that he taught that must be followed to ensure a flawless result. As a surgeon with 30 years of micro-neuro-surgical experience, I found the manual technique was easily acquired. This afforded me the ability to concentrate on the little details, the nuances, and the thought process behind Enrico’s approach.

I just wanted to say thank you for getting me Mariela’s contact info. I couldn’t be happier to have a local contact, someone with some knowledge and experience in this field. I had such a great experience while attending the botox and filler courses down in Ft. Lauderdale. I really enjoyed meeting and talking to Sasha, and especially learning from her. You, Nadine, Kathryn…..all so very nice and helpful! I’m hoping to take additional classes in the near future, maybe even do a preceptorship? And I would love to pay a visit to the Transform Center! I’m really excited about my future in esthetics, more so now after my experience there. Anyway, I hope to see you again. Thanks again for all your help.
H. Below, RN
Just wanted to send you a quick email to say thanks for such a wonderful class experience. I was very happy to walk into the conference room and see that you were our teacher again. Unfortunately I was sidelined with a serious injury in 2005 while transferring a patient from bed to chair and cosmetic dermatology seems like a great fit. It’s very exciting to see patients have immediate satisfaction with the results. I hope that I will get the opportunity to learn from you again or work with you in the future.
E. Sorrentino BSN, RN
I want to thank you for a great learning opportunity last week.My husband had also attended a class the week before and learned quite a bit. Dr. Lum was an excellent instructor and my preceptorship on Wednesday evening that was amazing.
I also want to point out that amongst your staff at the Transform Center, Corey is a shining star. There is nothing that young man doesn’t know. He is personable, helpful, organized and polite which is a tremendous asset for your business. He constantly anticipated our needs in the classes. You are blessed to have him.
I look forward to seeing you at some more classes whether in Florida or Boston. Thanks again.
T. Geary, RN MA
ESI, I just wanted to say thank you for a great class and hands on experience when I took the Science of skin rejuvenation last week. Ann Marie, Cory, and Sasha were amazing. Thank you for all your hard work. I can’t wait to start using my new skills. Thanks again,

Sasha, Thank you so much for coming to Denver and giving our class an outstanding training. You not only showed enthusiasm and passion for the subject matter but also obvious expertise. I felt like you made a point to personalize the class and you were great at giving attention to all of the students who attended. I am truly grateful for having met you, learned from you and gained an abundance of knowledge that I can use as a start to what I hope is a lucrative and enjoyable career. I just can’t see anyone giving the basics of this field so accurately and as detailed as you did. I feel lucky to have attended your class and met you.
I think it is even more amazing that I know I can call you with questions and freak outs knowing you will be there and help. YOU ARE AWESOME AND I LOOK FORWARD TO FUTURE TRAININGS WITH YOU AND SEEING YOU AGAIN!
Thank you once again
Sarah Schwartz-Strobl, RN
This is John Malcynski. I took your January course at ESI. I just wanted to take an opportunity to extend my sincere thanks for all your efforts in providing the best possible experience for all your students.
You left a huge impression on me for a number of reasons, and I would just like to share some of them with you.
Firstly, it is clear that you are a “Master of Your Trade”. Your depth of knowledge is diverse and comprehensive. Of course, one would expect that from a person or institution offering a learning experience for a fee, but that is, in my experience, not always the case. Having been out of my formal medical training now for 14 years, and having attended many CME offerings, it is clear that many offer “training seminars” as merely an additional source of income without actually “walking the walk”. You provided an in depth scientific basis which translated into the implementation of a clinical modality. It is a medically base experience and not just a fluffy cosmetic DIY lecture. That single aspect alone made your course a valuable asset. If that were the only aspect of my experience, I would have walked away feeling like I got my dollars’ worth…but I would not be writing this note. You absolutely provide the service you offered and fulfilled you “obligation” to your consumer.
There was much more, however, that you provided that made a significant impression on me. You had a genuine desire to have your students become successful. Today in society, I find so few people genuine. It revitalizes my sense of humanity that there is that…well…genuine quality of caring that still exists. This was conveyed to me by your sharing of your real world experiences and showing us the path you took to get to where you are.
It required opening up yourself for the benefit of your students. A rare trait, indeed.
What most impressed me, however, was your “exposition of the trade”. In order to truly have your students become successful, you provided information that very few are willing to unveil. You had no reservations about giving away “secrets” that the vast majority would not, at the risk of giving up a “piece of the pie”. This was a conscious and selfless act which cannot be overstated. This almost NEVER happens. As an example, I was a cardiac surgery fellow in Boston. My “mentors” provided me with the bare minimum training required to sit for the boards. Why? They were training their competition. The number of patients requiring cardiac surgery was going down, not up, especially with the increase of minimally invasive cardiac procedures. I knew this…hated them….and left after the first year of a three year fellowship. At least during my trauma fellowship, there was a deficit of trauma surgeons, so I was taught sufficiently….but, those “secrets” which can make a good surgeon great, were not revealed. You, however, wanted your student to be great, and revealed everything in order to accomplish that….even if you were training you competition. I cannot overstate how that impressed me on so many different levels. It shows character, confidence and self-fortitude.
As I will look back on my life I tend to remember certain few, rare individuals who have made a significant contribution to my life. Among them, are family members, teachers and various “good Samaritans”. I have just added another.
I thank you and wish you only the best.
Ramon Hugo Sanchez, M.D., CIME, PA
Hello Everyone, I wanted to thank you again for the wonderful courses. I was completely satisfied with the whole experience. The entire staff was pleasant, accommodating and informative. Sasha, Herb, Corey, Nadine, Bijan, Silvia, Dr. Lum and Gustavo were all a great collaborative group (if I missed anyone? I apologize). Enjoyed our graduation celebration although I would have liked it if everyone could have joined. Maybe next time? I’m still working on my office location and business plan. I have a list of patients eager and ready to have me work on them. Thanks to you guys I have honed my skills and feel better capable of providing these services. Keep in touch and tell everyone I said hello.
Armando J. Solis, MD
Thanks, the course ROCKED, on the money worth every penny.
Erika Krauss, DO
Hello, I just wanted to let you know that I recently attended a course given by another institute on advanced botox and fillers – your course wasn’t offered at a time/location I could attend. I attended your basic botox and filler courses last July. This latest course was so different from what you offer – the instructor was inexperienced (she was a physician), and so much less animated than Sasha Parker. Their written material was just a small booklet – no marketing info, etc. that you offered. At one point the instructor misread her slide and then apologized because she hadn’t looked at the slides for over three months. She didn’t know what Perlane was (thought it was semi-permanent) and this was an ADVANCED course!
I plan to come back to you guys and take mesotherapy/lipodissolve soon – but I thought you would appreciate the feedback. You guys are the best!
Hi Sasha, The training I received at Esthetic Skin Institute has prepared me to transition into the exciting field of medical esthetics. Sasha’s courses go above and beyond any other training course I’ve attended. Her course manuals and pre made policy/procedure templates as well as resource buying guide have saved me considerable time and money in setting up my own esthetic practice. The hands-on training Sasha provides is invaluable. This is the only training course I would recommend. I can’t wait to take my next class!
Wendy Diamond RN, RD, CMT
Hello Sasha, I would like to thank you for a fantastic experience at the Park Plaza Boston seminar on Botulinum toxin and dermal fillers. It was a complete education, thoroughly inspiring and never a dull moment. I feel fortunate to have chosen your program over anyone else’s. Thank you!

Sasha, I just wanted to personally thank you again for taking your time to educate me and my fellow classmates in the most wonderful experience of Medical Aesthetics! I feel so fortunate to have learned such a wealth of information by a highly educated and experienced staff. I went away from these courses with more knowledge than I had anticipated, and I am looking forward to practicing and improving my skills successfully. I really look forward to attending more courses to continually expand my knowledge. I will recommend your course to all and anyone who has the same passion for Medical Aesthetics as I have. Again, thank you for sharing all of your expertise with me.
Sincerely, Summer Cochrane, RN

I finally got the hands-on experience I was looking for & confidence to start doing botox & dermal fillers that I didn’t get from other courses. Please forward my gratitude to Herb, Nadine, Sylvia and Corey. Thanks again. With warmest personal regards, Jeffrey Cohen

Sasha, I wanted to personally thank you for the interesting, informative, interactive and overall fantastic 2 days I had in Ft. Lauderdale at the Dermal Filler and Advanced Botox/Dermal Filler conference last weekend (3/21and3/22). It is so refreshing to see someone who is clearly an expert in the field, is an excellent teacher and is so thoroughly enjoying what they do for a living.
Your hands-on approach working with students in your class was better than I anticipated and I look forward to attending more of your conferences in the near future.Thank you again and wishing you continued success.

Whatever your favorite cosmetic dental procedure is after you take the art of dermal fillers from the Esthetic Skin Institute it will be your second favorite cosmetic dental procedure. Thank you for a great day of learning and the hands on experience of working with dermal fillers.

Dear Sasha and Staff, Just a quick note to express our gratitude for an incredible weekend. You are a passionate, engaging speaker, making the learning experience fun. We look forward to incorporating our new skills into the practice. We will definitely see you at the advanced Botox and Filler course. I’m sure that we will maintain a relationship and again, sincere thanks for all of your knowledge, professionalism, and hospitality.
Dear Sasha, I cannot tell you how impressed I was with your courses. I am so happy I took them all! Even though the economy changed considerably from the time I enrolled to the time of the class, every moment with you was money well spent. Not only were the presentations and clinical experiences excellent, the study material is invaluable. I would be lost if I did not have each of my books with me for references at all times! Thank you again, and I hope you have the very best of holidays!
Robert A. Edwards, DO
Sasha Parker provides a comprehensive course based on her expertise in the field of sclerotherapy. Her credentials and training is well established in this technique. She exhibits a good sense of business and quality care in her lectures. All the necessary materials are provided and plenty of time for hands on practice is allowed. After leaving the course, I feel confident that I have learned a valuable skill that I can offer as a good service to my patients.
Ralph B. Monnett, Jr. M.D.
My name is Dr. Ralph B. Monnett, Jr., M.D., and I am the Medical Director and owner of Monnett Eye & Surgery Center in Sebastian, Florida, where I have been in practice for the past 23 ½ years. As a successful, accomplished, progressive, and self-confident ophthalmic surgeon, I have kept my practice ahead of the curve and on the cutting edge of ophthalmology by continually re-training, “re-tooling” and implementing the myriad of revolutionary techniques and technologies that have occurred in my specialty over the past 2 ½ decades. In accomplishing this endeavor, my modus operandi has been one of progressiveness and self-confidence rather than hesitancy and procrastination when taking training, mastering the information and technique, and confidently integrating it into my practice and offering it to my patients. Having said that, however, I had not, as of the time of attending this course, incorporated Botox into my practice in spite of having attended two rather lackluster Botox courses and spending a day with an Allergan sponsored physician in South Florida; simply because all of these experiences left me feeling inadequately trained to perform Botox injections with confidence on my patients.
In sharp contrast, this course was a comprehensive, hands-on course that left every participant feeling confident in his/her knowledge about facial anatomy, knowledge of rationale and dosages for Botox injections, and confident in his/her actual injection technique. In addition, although this was my first dermal filler course, I found it to be equally comprehensive in didactic information as well as hands on experience. In my opinion, this has all been accomplished simply because of the excellence of the instructor, Sasha Parker. Sasha is not simply someone who saw a niche that she decided to fill by running a little “white glove”, fluffy, “boutique” business of running sparse little Botox training courses at a high end price. Instead, Sasha is an absolute dynamo with a very dynamic personality, who offers comprehensive courses at reasonable prices, and has thrown her entire being into the esthetics field to the point of not only having a commanding knowledge of all aspects of the field, a commanding hands-on experience due to her well known practice, a genuine penchant as well as uncanny ability for teaching, but furthermore has even gone to the point of understanding and involving herself in the politics of the esthetics field, and has even been asked to write the regulations for some states. She knows who she is, she knows what she is doing, and she knows how to teach it brilliantly. I have only the highest recommendations for Sasha Parker’s courses that I have attended, and I can highly recommend these courses whether you are a physician, dentist, nurse, PA, or other type medical practitioner.
Hi Sasha, I hope this finds you well. I am writing first to thank you from the bottom of my heart for a phenomenal seminar this July 2007 in Ft. Lauderdale. I have been researching for a long time for the right class to take, and I can’t tell you how thankful I am I chose yours. From the knowledge and professionalism and patience of Corey, while I asked him a thousand questions prior to the seminar, to Leslie and yourself at the seminar, where again there were a thousand questions answered. The questions and concerns were always answered fully, and without rush. I cannot tell you how much that meant to me and the others involved in your classes. This can be a very intimidating field to enter into, but I can say with the utmost confidence that I feel proud to list my education / training with you on my resume, something I hold very dear. You have lit a new fire within me to return to the field I love in a new light of helping and educating others, which has always been one of favorite areas of nursing.
Also, I want to thank you from an RN standpoint for being a forerunner in saving our reputations and careers as nurses, and for moving ahead. You truly explain what every nurse feels in his/her heart, and stand up to those who don’t hold the value for nurses they should. And for this I thank you again. You have made nurses proud! Again, I want to thank you for a job well done, and I am proud to be associated with you.
Jennifer Warner, RN
Dear Sasha, I want to thank you again for your workshops. The professionalism with which you present the material is not duplicated by others in your field. You are thorough and dynamic. The material you present encompasses many different modalities, and I feel this serves your multifaceted audience well. Also, I feel the instructors you have surrounded yourself with prove to be a deep well of knowledge and experience. You are truly changing lives. After the Costa Mesa workshop, I feel my professional life will never be the same because you have inspired and empowered me to look at myself and my abilities in a new light. Thank you.
Hello Sasha, I went to your Botox and Filler seminar in New Jersey this past January and have a couple questions and comments for you. I have to say that from what I have seen and heard from other providers and how they were trained, your seminars are first class. My training has far surpassed that of others I work with! It was very thorough and had plenty of pearls for practice. I have been working with individuals that have been trained by Reps as well as individual institutions and am now teaching them. They had never iced patients before procedures and were getting black eyes. The corrugators were all injected the same way. They all love the word “squatter” when referring to particular corrugators. The incidents of eyelid ptosis are almost non-existent now that they use the parameters you set in your syllabus. We are also doing dermal fillers and I am teaching the others the techniques I learned in your seminar as they are much better and get superior results. We will be sending one of our new R.N.’s to your conference in California this year. Thank you.
Sasha, Just wanted to let you know how much I loved your recent seminar about Botox. It was so informative and will really help me as I incorporate Botox into my family practice. I cannot remember the last time that I was in a seminar and wasn’t watching the clock to get out!! It was great!
Brenda Vigue APRN-BC, MS, PhD(c)
Hi Sasha, First, I wanted to thank you for the wonderful training on dermal fillers in New Jersey. The morning information session and the “hands on” portion of the program were extremely helpful in relieving my anxiety about administering dermal fillers. I was able to start using Restylane the following week. I have been administering Restylane to about 4-6 clients a week since the June training. I have had great results and follow-up visits have been very encouraging. Like you said, clients are pleased with the immediate results. Again, it was great meeting you. Thank you for all your hard work for the aesthetic industry and nursing.
Amy Steffey, ARNP
Thanks again for the workshop. It was an enlightening experience. I think you are a great motivator and role model for nurses and women. Good luck with your grand opening.
Carrie Edler, RN, BSN
Many years ago I had the pleasure of taking one of Sasha Parker’s seminars on aesthetic procedures. This experience provided me with cutting-edge techniques and enabled my business to grow considerably. I continue to implement these practices among my patients every day, accounting for a percentage of my success. I write this letter as a sincere and heart-felt commendation of Sasha Parker’s success, wisdom, technique, acceptance, and charity. Ms. Parker’s unparalleled patience and vast understanding of the industry makes her an amazing instructor, and her communication skills ensure that her students can absorb every bit of Sasha’s golden knowledge.
Sasha Parker continues to remain at the forefront of aesthetic education, proving on her own accord that she is not only a leader, but a prominent teacher and guru on the filed while continually promoting nurses’ independence and advancement. Her courses are thorough and current, often detailing the newest and most cutting-edge of techniques.
This letter represents only one nurse’s voice of admiration and gratitude for Sasha Parker, yet she has touched and assisted many. I am truly blessed to have met her as a colleague, friend and confidante.

It was really nice to meet you and chat with you-you are doing a remarkable job with the training and the program is really well organized. I’d like to take a moment to thank you for an outstanding course and a very positive experience. Now that I have had an opportunity to reflect on the whole program, I can truly appreciate its depth and scope. It was well-organized, and both you and your adjunct faculty were excellent. I also value the program’s strong ethical emphasis. I look forward to practicing knowledgeably and safely in this new facet of my career in Medical Aesthetics.

I was in your classes this past weekend. I have to tell you, I really did extensive research in trying to decide which program I wanted to pursue for my certification. I actually narrowed it down to three. It took me 6 months to decide. I realized I kept coming back to your website, I knew in my heart that it was the best choice. It was reaffirmed after this weekend, I was absolutely amazed at the extent of knowledge you and your team displayed. I loved your style of lecture and how incredibly approachable and genuine you were. Your staff is amazing. I will be attending more classes when you’re back in August, I am really looking forward to them. I also decided to join AMEN. Thanks again, see you in August!

Sasha Parker’s courses at the Esthetic Skin Institute are the best in the field. I first started out at another course and found it to be incomplete and ultimately a waste of my money and time. I then attended a course at ESI and had such a great experience that I went on to attend the whole series. Sasha teaches everything one needs to know to feel comfortable starting an esthetic practice. Weather you are just learning a specific technique to add to your existing practice, or developing a full service medical spa such as I have done, ESI is the place to attend.
The instructors at the Esthetic Skin Institute are very knowledgeable and professional. During each course, Sasha shares her extensive experience in the field of esthetics with her students. The class sizes are kept to a comfortable number so you always have guidance during the hands on training. The course books are full of useful information that I continue to reference. Support and accessibility continue after you have taken her courses which are evident by her willingness to answer any questions via email.
I have recommended many physicians who were interested in learning the practice of medical esthetics and the medical esthetic business, all who have been pleased with their experiences. I highly recommend the Esthetic Skin Institute for anyone seeking training in this field.
Dr. Leslie Elston
I want to thank you for the very informative courses that I had with you in Newark ( Botox and Dermal fillers). Your knowledge and enthusiasm for the subjects was obvious and it is so nice to meet a professional who is willing to share the expertise they have acquired with others; I believe this fosters the best possible outcome for those clients who seek our services.
Christina Brooks, MD
It’s Christina Brooks, the ER doc sitting in the back row of your Botox and Sclerotherapy classes last month in Ft. Lauderdale. I just wanted to thank you again for the excellent course you gave in March. You have inspired me to make a change in my life/career. For the first time, since I’ve been in medicine, I’m excited about a subject…a direction. Yes! You are a delight to talk with. I think that you will go far….you have the professionalism and skill to take you there. Hopefully, I will see you at another one of your conferences soon. I’m looking forward to expanding my clinical capabilities. I wish you the best in your endeavors. If you ever need physician input/review about anything, please let me know. It’d be an honor.
Just wanted to say thank you for the excellent training workshop in Costa Mesa in June . I have to tell you, when I was initially looking for a school for this sort of training, I was dealing with another school and the office help was so despondent and rude, it sent me to finally find your school. I wanted to tell you that your staff is exceptional in customer service!
Daniel H Lin, D.O.

I just want to thank you and your staff for putting together such comprehensive instruction courses on Mesotherapy and Business class. I appreciate your no non-sense approach to your presentation. Your vast experience demonstrated in the Q & A session definitely is one of the strengths of your course. The handouts as well as the CD are excellent reference material for both new and experienced providers. Your staff are helpful and very approachable. I strongly recommend your course to any one who is interested in learning about the ever evolving medical aesthetic industry and improving their clinical skills.
I just want to say that the advanced class given by ESI was one of the best I have attended. The Dr was so informative and supportive to questions I am very happy of the training I received. Sasha has been the best trainer for informative notes and a participatory hands-on during the training. I had a very successful client for hyperhydrosis in the last week, with exemplary results on the advanced Botox injecting technique. I sing your praises for all the wonderful education and eye opening information on happenings for the AMEN network. Please pass this on to the many people that will continue to forge forward in their endeavors. The products Sasha offers for skin care continue to amaze me. My husband is having terrific results at retaining his youthful appearance at 52…. I love your support and great instructors you bring to me. Please continue to bring the information for better client care.
Linda Shafeek Galgano
